ASHGABAT, Turkmenistan, September 28. Turkmenistan Railways OJSC has announced an open international tender for the purchase of spare parts for passenger railcars.
An application for participation in the tender must be submitted along with supporting documentation, including a power of attorney, a copy of the representative's passport, and information on the applicant for participation, including complete name, legal status, and details.
Furthermore, participants are required to obtain the specifications of lots and technical requirements, as well as a package of tender documents.
Bidding documents must be submitted separately in two packages (technical and commercial proposals).
A payment of $575 is required (including $75 VAT).
Tender bids will be accepted by October 26, 2023.
