BAKU, Azerbaijan, May 17. A Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) was signed between Tajikistan’s Kulyab Free Economic Zone and Egyptian TBA AlShatri company in Tajikistan’s Dushanbe, on the establishment of a joint venture in the provision of civil aviation services, the press center of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Tajikistan said, Trend reports.
The document was signed on May 14 as part of a business forum of entrepreneurs and investors of Tajikistan and Egypt.
There is no information about the enterprise and its activities in the future.
The business forum was organized as part of a visit by a delegation of Egyptian investors and entrepreneurs to Tajikistan.
It was attended by more than 30 entrepreneurs from Tajikistan and more than 10 representatives of Egyptian companies encompassing spheres of aviation, energy, tourism, pharmaceuticals, etc.
Bilateral B2B meetings were held between entrepreneurs and investors of two countries after the signing of documents.
