BAKU, Azerbaijan, August 27. The number of passengers transported through Iranian airports domestically increased by 34 percent, during the first four months of the current Iranian year (March 21 through July 22, 2022), compared to the same period last Iranian year, as was reflected in the statistics of Iran Airports and Air Navigation Company (IAC), Trend reports.
According to the statistics, more than 10.8 million passengers were transported domestically through Iranian airports in 4 months.
Meanwhile, in the same period of last Iranian year, the figure stood at over 8 million.
