The Council of Defense Ministers of (CDM) of the CIS will consider more than 20 issues at a meeting in Kazakhstan on Nov. 17.
"During a meeting of the representatives of CIS srmed forces, the various points of the agenda were coordinated," Interfax-MNA reports today with reference to Mikhail Sevastianov, the press secretary of the CIS Defense Ministers Council.
He quoted CIS Council of Defense Ministers Secretary Alexander Sinaisky as saying that the meeting will be held under the chairmanship of Russian Defense Minister Anatoly Serdyukov.
"In accordance with the meeting agenda more than 20 issues on various aspects of multilateral partnership of the CIS countries' defense ministries will be considered," Sevastianov said.
