ASTANA, Kazakhstan, November 8. By importing fuel from Russia, Kazakhstan covers the temporary deficit in the country, said Energy Minister Almassadam Satkaliyev, Trend reports.

"This fuel is used to supply vehicles of industrial enterprises, to provide locomotive traction for Kazakhstan Railways (KTZ, a national company), to refuel our air carriers, as well as for the timely implementation of road construction work," he said.
