Cortege of Kyrgyzstan's President Roza Otunbayeva is escorted by an ambulance car being under criminal proceeding as Stanislav Kolesnikov, director of ABM-Avto Kyrgyz-Russian joint venture, stated at the press conference in 24.kg news agency.
He says that in August 2009 he purchased a reanimobile as exhibit item. However, the car was expropriated by the State Security Service in the name of Zhanysh Bakiyev. "They forced me to sign the contract of non-repayable use explaining me what would happen with me, my family, and my firm if I didn't sign the contract," said Stanislav Kolesnikov.
After April events the joint venture applied to Prosecutor General's Office to file a criminal case on the fact of contract conclusion under pressure. But the criminal case was handed over to the military procuracy of the Kyrgyz Republic. "The investigation was dragging out permanently and I was offered many times to gift the car to the government of the Kyrgyz Republic," said Stanislav Kolesnikov.
"Making sure that the reanimobile won't be returned I have applied to Bishkek inter-district court which invalidated the contract on non-repayable use."
However, the car is still not returned. Moreover the arrested reanimobile is escorting the cortege of Kyrgyzstan's President Roza Otunbayeva instead of being in 9th department of the State National Security Service (GSNB).
