The question of China - Kyrgyzstan - Uzbekistan railway construction has not yet reached the necessary condition, the Ambassador of China to Kyrgyzstan Van Kaiven declared today at the meeting with mass media representatives, 24.kg reported.
"The work on discussion of the project is going on. The format of investment and technical standards remain open. We need to ensure docking on the tracks of the railroad. I hope we will find the way out. Kyrgyzstan is located favorably in terms of the transport corridor. Earlier the Great Silk Road passed through Kyrgyzstan. The railway is a good transit corridor and the advantageous project for all parties," he said.
