Turkic-speaking states’ heads to sign Bishkek cooperation declaration
The heads of the member states of the Cooperation Council of Turkic Speaking States (CCTS) will sign final Bishkek Declaration of Cooperation, Kyrgyz Foreign Minister Ruslan Kazakpayev said at a press conference on Wednesday, KyrTAG reported.
"The meeting of the CCTS foreign ministers ended. Following the meeting, recommendations have been developed for the CCTS Summit of Heads of State. Signing of agreements that finally completes creation of the CCTS is expected at the summit. Agreements will be also signed on the financial rules, the program of cooperation between the countries, an agreement on establishment of an association of universities and Turkic Academy. Signing of an agreement on the establishment of the award "Pride of the Turkic world" is expected separately," Kazakpayev said.
He said the final document of all agreements should become the Bishkek Declaration, the signing of which is also expected at the CCTS summit.
