A Russian grant of $25 million will be directed to health and education in Kyrgyzstan, Minister of Finance of Kyrgyzstan, Olga Lavrova said during the press-conference, KyrTAG reported on Friday.
According to Lavrova, Russian grant will be spent on the development of health and education sectors, as well as social benefits in 2013.
The budget of Kyrgyzstan remains a people-oriented, and its level is kept around 45 percent for several years, Lavrova said.
