The Kyrgyz Ministry of Agriculture initiated a draft of the government resolution on "Arrangements regarding organisation of spring work on fields in Kyrgyzstan in 2013" that was adopted on January 24, 2013, Minister of Agriculture and Land Reclamation Chyngysbek Uzakbaev said during a press-conference in Bishkek, Tazabek reported on Thursday.
According to the minister, the resolution includes an optimal structure of sown areas of crops, which can ensure food safety in the country.
The ministry recommends increasing the sown area of wheat by 34,000 hectares to 358,800 hectares.
