An earthquake measuring 4.4 points on the Richter scale took place in Tajikistan, the European Mediterranean Seismological Center (EMSC) reported Nov.14.
The epicenter of tremors was located 338 kilometers south-east of the country's capital city Dushanbe and at a depth of 232 kilometers.
Data on casualties or destruction have not yet been received.
