Russian President Dmitry Medvedev on October 21-22 will arrive to Turkmenistan on a working visit, RIA Novosti quoted the Kremlin's press service as reporting.
Visit will take place at the invitation of Turkmen President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov.
