Serdar Atayev has been appointed Deputy Minister of Economy and Development of Turkmenistan, the president's decree says on Tuesday.
The Ministry of Economy and Development was established in accordance with the decree dated Feb.2, 2008 on the basis of the reorganised Ministry of Economy and Finance of Turkmenistan.
The ministry is holding auctions for the sale of facilities of state property.
