Twenty transactions were registered at the Turkmen State Commodity and Raw Material Exchange last week, Trend reports referring to the local media.
Businessmen from Afghanistan, Uzbekistan and Kyrgyzstan purchased jet and lighting kerosene produced at the Turkmenbashi Complex of Oil Refineries for foreign currency.
Besides, Afghan businessmen bought liquefied gas (Turkmengas State Concern) and handmade carpets for a total amount of over $6.8 million.
The Turkmen businessmen purchase high-density polyethylene (Turkmenchemistry State Concern), as well as handmade carpets for the domestic market for the total amount of over 39.1 million manat ($11.1 million).
