BAKU, Azerbaijan, February 7. Entrepreneurs from UAE and Afghanistan purchased gasoline during trading on January 31 at the State Commodity and Raw Material Exchange of Turkmenistan, Trend reports with reference to the Turkmen media.
Businessmen from UAE and Afghanistan purchased 5,500 tons of RON 92 gasoline on the exchange at a price of $768.25 per ton. The total amount of the transaction was $4.2 million.
At the same time, according to the exchange, on January 30, 2023, entrepreneurs from the UAE, Türkiye, and Afghanistan purchased 24,500 tons of RON 92 gasoline, at $776.5 per ton. The total amount of the transaction was $19 million.
Turkmenistan ranks among the world's leading countries in terms of oil and gas reserves. The country pays great attention to the construction of oil and gas processing plants, as well as the export of energy resources to world markets.
The Turkmenbashi Oil Processing Complex manufactured 426,100 tons of aviation fuel in 2022, fulfilling the production plan.
The State Commodity and Raw Materials Exchange of Turkmenistan was established on July 29, 1994. It is the most important body of state regulation of export-import operations.

Предприниматели из ОАЭ и Афганистана приобрели в общей сложности 5,5 тыс. тонн автобензина марки А-92, предложив за каждую тонну продукции $768,25.
Общая сумма сделок, заключенных бизнесменами с Туркменбашинским комплексом НПЗ, составила $4,2 млн.
