ASHGABAT, Turkmenistan, December 29. The Ministry of Finance and Economy in Turkmenistan declares its plans to commence auctions for the sale of 47 parcels of government-owned properties, Trend reports.

On January 17, 2024, a digital auction will take place. Service sector facilities such as stores, cafes, canteens, a wellness center, administrative buildings, a carpet factory, and manufacturing facilities will be auctioned off.

A livestock and poultry farm (25,500 square meters) and a two-story building in the Lebap region; the Dowrebap shopping and leisure complex (8,800 square meters) in the same region; a pipe manufacturing facility in the Dashoguz region (6,400 square meters); and the administrative premises of the Nur Zaman enterprise in Ashgabat city (4,300 square meters) are among the most significant items up for auction.

The auction will take place online through the digital auction site for state property, as well as through the mobile application affiliated with this platform.

The Ministry of Finance and Economy of Turkmenistan also put up for sale 47 objects of state property in mid-December 2023.
