ASHGABAT, Turkmenistan, March 13. The Ministry of Construction and Architecture of Turkmenistan plans to build new residential and commercial buildings in Ashgabat city, Trend reports.

According to an official source, the ministry is currently looking for a contractor for the construction of 28 buildings for trade and consumer services in the 'Parakhat-7' residential complex in the city of Ashgabat.

The ministry plans to consider all proposals from interested organizations in the second half of April this year, after which it is planned to finalize the contract with the contractor.

Furthermore, the construction of buildings is planned at the expense of members of the Union of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs of Turkmenistan.

Meanwhile, as part of the strategy for the development of building construction and infrastructure improvement in Turkmenistan, the focus is on comprehensive support for residential and commercial construction, as well as renovation of existing facilities.

In this context, the emphasis is on the introduction of innovative technologies, the development of the skills of specialists in the fields of architecture, engineering, and construction, as well as attracting investments and establishing partnerships with international construction companies in order to ensure sustainable economic growth and increase the level of comfort for the population.
