(turkmwnistan.ru) - A meeting of the joint Turkmen-Indian intergovernmental commission for trade, economic, scientific, technical and cultural cooperation opened in the Turkmen capital yesterday.
A government delegation of India headed by the minister of state for external affairs, E. Ahammed, arrived in Ashgabat last Sunday to participate in the meeting.
Within the framework of its four-day visit the Indian delegation is holding meetings in the ministries and establishments of Turkmenistan to discuss ways and avenues of cooperation in the core sectors of the national economy.
