Total value of transactions made at Turkmen commodity and raw materials exchange last week exceeds US $ 35 mln and Manat 11 bln

(Turkmenistan.ru) - 19 transactions were registered at the Turkmen commodity and raw materials exchange last week, reports Trend.

With foreign currency British businessmen bought polypropylene, Georgian businessmen purchased liquefied gas and UAE businessmen - diesel fuel produced at the Turkmenbashi complex of oil refineries. Liquefied gas from the Nayyp and Serhetabat terminals was bought by Afghan businessmen.

Turkish businessmen made contracts for the purchase of small cattle skin, Belgium and Liechtenstein businessmen - of lint cotton. Italians bought liquorice.

According to the press service of the exchange, the total value of foreign currency contracts exceeded US $ 35,160 mln.

With national currency on deposits exceeding Manat 11, 540 bln the U.S businessmen bought raw silk and cotton padding for furniture. Businessmen from British Virgin Islands bought grey fabric. Swiss, Pakistani and Indian businessmen purchased cotton yarn. UAE and Turkish businessmen bought knitwear.

Turkmen businessmen purchased lint cotton for domestic use totaling Manat 220 mln.
