The volume of foreign trade turnover in Uzbekistan in 2020 amounted to $36.2 billion, which is a decrease of 13.2 percent compared to 2019 ($41.7 billion), Trend report referring to the State Statistics Committee.
In 2010, the volume of foreign trade turnover amounted to $22.1 billion, which is 1.6 times less than in 2020. In the period of 2015-2020, the volume of foreign trade turnover increased by 45.4 percent.
From the total volume of foreign trade turnover, trade turnover with the CIS countries in 2020 amounted to $11.8 billion, and with other countries it amounted to $24.4 billion.
On average, the growth in the volume of foreign trade turnover over the past 10 years amounted to $2.8 billion.
