TASHKENT, Uzbekistan, September 21. On September 19, the Minister of Transport of Uzbekistan Ilkhom Makhkamov held a meeting with the Iranian delegation headed by the Chairman of the Chamber of Commerce, Industry, Mining and Agriculture of Iran Samad Hasanzoda, Trend reports.
According to the information, the meeting, which was attended by the ambassadors of both countries, discussed the current state and prospects for developing cooperation in the transport and logistics sectors.
Particular attention was paid to the creation of favorable conditions for national carriers in international road freight transport. Issues of establishing fees and payments on a reciprocal basis, as well as the development of international transport corridors were also discussed.
