Azerbaijan, Baku, Dec. 13 / Trend F.Milad/

The secretary general of the Organization of the Petroleum Exporting Countries told Iranian Fars New Agency that no member state is in favor of output rise in the upcoming meeting of the organization in Vienna on December 14.

The production ceiling will be discussed at the 160th OPEC ministerial meeting in Vienna, Abdalla Salem Al-Badri told Fars news agency, adding that some members are under external political pressure to boost their production.

Oil production from OPEC's 12 members hit 30.785 million barrels per day in November, the highest level in three years with Saudi Arabia pumping almost 10 million bpd.

Offering oil at fair prices and maintaining the current market situation will be Iran's main policies at the upcoming OPEC meeting, Iran's Oil Minister Rostam Qasemi said earlier this month, Pana news agency reported.

OPEC ranks third in the world's oil reserves.
