Iran has tested surface-to-surface Noor missile successfully during Velayat-90 drills, Fars News Agency reported on Monday.
Noor missile an "ultra-horizon" weapon and it could be fired from military ships, helicopters and jet fighters as well.
Noor is a long-range anti-ship cruise and has a range of 200 km.
Iranian officials say this missile has been improved with its anti-radar and targeting system.
Iran's Navy started the massive 10-day Velayat-90 naval exercises on December 24.
Iran has tested Mehrab, Nasr and Ghader missiles since yesterday in Persian Gulf war game.
The drills cover an area from the east of the strategic Strait of Hormuz in the Persian Gulf to the Gulf of Aden.
Iran maintains that the drills are defensive in nature and intended to convey a message of peace and friendship to the regional countries.
