Iran will be launching major defense projects on sea, air and in space, country's Defense Minister Ahmad Vahidi said, Fars news agency reported.
Vahidi noted that the projects will be launched within first 6 months of the current Iranian year.
Previously Iran reported that a new 500-ton destroyer will be unveiled this year, as well as the country plans to launch 7 satellites into space.
In January 2013, Vahidi said that Iran will unveil a comprehensive space observatory named "Imam Sadiq", which will be engaged in observing the outer space.
