Iranian oil minister arrives in Moscow for int'l energy forum

Iran's oil minister, Bizan Namdar Zanganeh arrived in the Russian capital city of Moscow on May 15 to take part in the 14th International Energy Forum (IEF), due to start today.
Zanganeh is scheduled to deliver a speech in the forum, Iran's State IRINN TV reported on May 15.
The two-day forum will focus on the new geography of energy and future of global energy security.
At least 18 ministers from countries including Saudi Arabia, Iraq, Iran and Turkey will attend the International Energy Forum's conference.
The 13th IEF was held in Kuwait mid-march, 2012. It came out with several proposals; key among them was the proposal to reinforce financial transparency in the oil market.
