Iran reveals data on import of edible crude oil within 5 months

TEHRAN, Iran, Aug. 27

Trend:

During the first 5 months of the current Iranian year (started on March 21) more than 102,000 tons of edible oils were imported into Iran from the port of Imam Khomeini, Trend reports citing Mehr News Agency.

The oil arrived in Iran on 15 ships, and the amount has doubled, compared to the same period last year.

Also, during the first 5 months of the current Iranian year, 305,000 tons of unrefined edible oils have been cleared from Imam Khomeini Port.

Currently, more than 324,000 tons of edible oils are stored in Imam Khomeini Port warehouses, and will be shipped nationwide in the coming days.
