It is necessary to mention that, in order to allow to participate in tender, tenderers should settle the amount of rials 100,000 to NIDC Bank Melli account No.2174652205004 and submit the amount settled bank receipt along with their readiness letter of participation in tender and box file of qualitative evaluation documents to the following address no later than Dec. 22, 2016.

Every evaluation is just valid for the same tender so all of applications should participate again in current performing qualitative evaluation and fill out and submit the documents of qualitative Evaluation to obtain the accepted score which is 60.
