Since the beginning of this Iranian year till the end of the ninth month, 2,000 tons of fish feed have been produced and exported from Iran’s Qeshm county, Director of the Veterinary Department of Qeshm county of Iran's Hormozgan Province Amin Dara said.
During the reporting period, 900 tons of fish feed were exported to Vietnam, China and Sri Lanka, he added.
Moreover, 1,100 tons were also supplied to the livestock and poultry farms throughout the country, Dara said.
There are five companies producing fish feed in Iran, he said.
