The deputy chairman of the Iranian parliamentary industry commission announced the final decision on the plan to offer cars via stock exchange will be made in next week's meeting.
Explaining the latest status of the review of the car industry reorganization plan, Iranian MP Ali Jedi, said that recently, a meeting with the topic of reviewing this plan was held,” Trend reports citing Tasnim News Agency.
"In this meeting, the members of the commission discussed Article 4 of the plan to organize the car industry, which is about the supply and pricing of cars,” Iranian MP said.
“The final conclusion will be decided in the next meeting,” he added.
According to Tasnim News Agency, based on the amendments made to Article 4 of this plan by the Commission, automakers were obliged to offer cars via stock Exchange, within certain criteria, in a situation where the car market was facing imbalances.
