Iran signs agreement with Turkey for knowledge-based cooperation

Iran National Innovation Fund has signed a knowledge-based cooperation agreement worth €8 million with Turkey, said the Iran National Innovation Fund broker Gholamreza Rezaian, Trend reports citing ILNA.

"The agreement was signed between Iranian and Turkish knowledge-based companies by deputy investor of the Iran National Innovation Fund and economic attaché of Iran's embassy in Istanbul," said Rezaian.

"Official agreement between Iran and the Secretariat of smart cities of Turkey and Spain would remain active in the current Iranian year (started March 21,2021)," he added.

"Iran's Secretariat of smart cities also held a technical pavilion in Turkey in May. These pavilions are held by support of Iran National Innovation Fund that indicate Iran's capacity to develop knowledge-based economy," he said.
