BAKU, Azerbaijan, March 13. Iran's exports of non-oil products to Kazakhstan amounted to 422,000 tons worth more than $187 million in the 11th months of the current Iranian year (from March 21, 2023 through February 19, 2024), the statistics of Iran's Customs Administration said, Trend reports.
According to statistics, Iran's export of non-oil products to Kazakhstan increased by 7.9 percent in value terms and decreased by 4.86 percent in weight terms compared to the same period last year.
During the same period last year, Iran's non-oil exports to Kazakhstan amounted to about 445,000 tons worth about $174 million.
Data suggests that Kazakhstan was Iran's primary destination for agricultural and food items, tobacco products, petrochemical products, and other goods.
Statistics show that for the 11th month of the current Iranian year (January 21 through February 19, 2024), Iran's exports of non-oil products to Kazakhstan amounted to about 38,200 tons worth $24 million.
To note, according to the statistics of Iran's Customs Administration, Iran's exports of non-oil products during the 11th month amounted to about 125 million tons worth about $44.9 billion. Iran's exports of non-oil products decreased by 8.87 percent in value terms and increased by 11.4 percent in weight terms.
