Iran's foreign minister, Mohammad Javad Zarif said that the upcoming round of nuclear talks with P5+1 will include details as well as all the negotiating sides' commitments.

"Some progress has been made on technical issues so far," Zarif said, adding, "However some issue still need further negotiations and should be reviewed."

Heading an Iranian nuclear negotiating team, Zarif arrived in the Swiss city of Lausanne on March 15 for fresh nuclear talks with his US counterpart John Kerry later in the day, Iran's state-run TV channel IRINN reported.

Head of the Atomic Energy Organization of Iran (AEOI) Ali Akbar Salehi and US Energy Secretary Ernest Moniz will also participate in the Lausanne negotiations.

Deputy foreign ministers of Iran and the US, as well as the EU deputy foreign policy chief, Helga Schmid, are also scheduled to attend the talks.

Following the talks, Zarif will visit Brussels, Belgium on March 16 to participate in a meeting with the British, French and German foreign ministers.

EU foreign affairs head, Federica Mogherini will lead the EU side delegation in the meeting.

The Iranian FM would join the negotiations in Switzerland after ending the Brussels meeting with the EU side.

Iran and the P5+1 are aiming to reach a political understanding by March 31 in the run-up to a comprehensive deal by July 1 deadline. After the sides failed to meet the November 24, 2014 deadline they also extended the Geneva nuclear deal, which was signed in November 2013 to provide Iran with some sanctions relief in exchange for Tehran agreeing to limit certain aspects of its nuclear activities.

The US and its Western allies suspect Iran of developing a nuclear weapon - something that Iran denies.
