Armenian PM offers ministry merger plan

As part of earlier announced government restructuring reforms, Armenia's prime minister proposed merging the ministries of territorial administration and emergency situations into a single agency Nov 6 at the meeting of the government, Tert.am news agency reported.
Hovik Abrahamyan also asked the cabinet members to consider a plan for launching a ministry of international economic integration and reforms.
Chief of the Armenian Government Staff David Harutyunyan will introduce further details later.
