( Civil ) - Georgian Prime Minister, Zurab Nogaideli, will address the OSCE decision-making body, Permanent Council, on October 30.
PM Nogaideli will focus mainly on the South Ossetian and Abkhaz conflicts in his address, according to the OSCE press office.
