Georgian CEC Creates Three Voting Stations in Iraq for Georgian Servicemen

Georgia, Tbilisi, 25 April / Trend corr N. Kirtskhalia/ Georgia's Central Election Committee (CEC) has decided to create three voting stations in Iraq for Georgian servicemen. According to the CEC, there are 1,992 voters in Iraq.

Voting Station-48 will be opened in the Green Area in the Union base for 150 voters. Voting Station-49 will be opened in Vasiti province, Alkuta city in the Delta base for 1,596 voters. Voting Station-50 will be opened in Klear city for 346 voters.

The voting stations in Iraq are intended to enable Georgian servicemen in Iraq to exercise their constitutional rights during the parliamentary elections on 21 May.
