Georgia, Tbilisi/ Trend corr. N.Kirtskhalia / The MPs from the Labour Party in Georgia will not submit a request to the Georgian Speaker, Shalva Natelashvili, Leader of Labour Party stated.

The members of the United Opposition-National Council-Rights bloc have taken a decision to request the Speaker of the parliament to cancel their MP mandate. This procedure is envisaged in the legislation.

"We will not submit any request in this regard. However, I am very sure that we will not join the Parliament," Natelashvili said. But, two members of the Labour party did not obey their leader and received the MP mandate.

Jondi Bagaturiya, Leader of the Kartuli dasi party, has not cleared his decision regarding the issue so far. Bagaturiya is prepared to refuse from his MP mandate, only if all the MPs will refuse from their mandates.

Previously, Giya Tortladze and Giya Tsagareishvili, the representatives from the United Opposition, have stated that they do not want to refuse from their MP mandates.
