Jaap de Hoop Scheffer is scheduled to arrive along with representatives from all 26 member states, on 15-16 September.
The NATO chief is expected to among other things, emphasize delivering aid to refugees of the recent Moscow-Tbilisi war, and to discuss with Georgian President Mikheil Saakashvili the organization's assistance, reported Press TV.
