EU experts have arrived in Georgia on Monday. The main purpose of the visit is to discuss the liberalization of the visa regime and readmission, Deputy Foreign Minister Nino Kalandadze said at a news briefing on Monday.
"As you remember, it was decided to start to discuss the possibility of dialogue on visa regime with Georgia this spring in the frame of the EU-Georgia Council on December 1, 2011. Whether the dialogue will begin or not before the summer will depend on the conclusion of group
experts in Brussels. We will present all the information to them. We were working hard in this direction and hope for a positive response," Kalandadze said.
