By a decision of the Partnership Fund of Georgia Supervisory Board and Board of Directors of the Joint Stock Company Georgian Railway were reshuffled. As the JSC Georgian Railway told Trend, Konstantin Guntsadze has been appointed as chairman of the Supervisory Board.
The Supervisory Board has 7 members.
Oleg Bichiashvili has been appointed as First Deputy General Director. He will also serve acting CEO, whose post is vacant after Irakli Ezugbaya's resignation.
Oleg Bichiashvili is experienced railwayman, Georgian Railway said. He has professional experience and knows the railway system well.
Guram Guramishvili has been appointed as Infrastructure Director at the Georgian Railway.
The Board of Directors was also reshuffled. Another position operations management director has been set. Grigol Samsonadze has been appointed to this post.
