Georgia, Tbilisi, March 20 / Trend N. Kirtzkhalia /

Georgian President Mikheil Saakashvili believes that now there is a chance that the two opposing political powers in Georgia made a decision on the constitutional amendments.

Georgian parliament tomorrow will vote on the amendment to the Constitution, on which the president loses the sole right to form a new government, dismissing the old one.

"Tomorrow Parliament will vote on constitutional amendments. This is a continuation of process lasting many months that began after the elections in October, and I found it necessary to make a statement in relation to these political processes. For me, as for the President, first of all is important stability of the country, development and healthy normal political dialogue and process. After a yesterday discussion with a parliamentary minority, in which I took part, I think that now there is a chance that the two political powers made a joint decision in connection with the Constitution, "- Saakashvili said.
