Georgian rescuers carry out an operation to rescue two Israeli tourists. As the Department of Emergency Situations of Georgian Interior Ministry told Trend, since October 3 a couple of Israelis were moving between the villages in the mountainous region of Svaneti (Western Georgia) and got lost.

They got lost and found themselves in an unknown gorge.

Israelis were able to contact 112 emergency service and rescue workers went to find them.
Currently the rescuers are defining the location of the Israelis.

As the Interior Ministry reported, in the last two months, foreign tourists who move independently in the mountains, often find themselves in the woods and can not find the way.
