A delegation from the Lithuanian Seimas led by the parliamentary speaker Loreta Grauzhinene started its official visit to Georgia on Monday.
On October 7, she will participate at the opening of the international parliamentary conference 'Georgia before the Vilnius Summit: the role of Parliament in the EU integration process' to be held in Tbilisi.
In addition, the head of Lithuanian Seimas will meet with the Chairman of the Georgian Parliament David Usupashvili, the country's President Mikheil Saakashvili and Lithuanian citizens working in international organisations accredited in Georgia. In the afternoon, she will go sightseeing in Tbilisi.
The visit of the delegation of the Lithuanian Seimas to Georgia will be completed on October 9.
