Turkey’s new ambassador to Georgia presents credentials

Turkey's new ambassador extraordinary and plenipotentiary to Georgia, Zeki Levent Gumrukcu has presented his credentials to the Georgian Foreign Minister, Maia Panjikidze.
Following the ceremony the parties discussed issues of bilateral and multilateral relations, Georgian Foreign Ministry told Trend.
Turkish ambassador expressed readiness to promote the further deepening of the Georgian-Turkish cooperation.
He also reiterated his government's position regarding the sovereignty and territorial integrity of Georgia and its support for Georgia's European integration path.
In turn, Maia Panjikidze wished the diplomat further success in his work.
