BAKU, Azerbaijan, April 22. Dubai Airport has fully resumed operations after being closed due to heavy rains in the UAE, Trend reports.
All three airport terminals serve passengers as usual. With few exceptions, all international flights arrive and depart on time.
However, the process of returning luggage lost during the flood to its owners has not yet been completed.
