A Boeing 757 plane travelling from Britain to Egypt with 213 passengers onboard made an emergency landing at Athens' International Airport after reports that a bomb was on board, DPA reported.
The Thomson Airlines plane, which was accompanied by Greek fighter jets once it entered Greek airspace, requested to make the emergency landing in Athens shortly after 14:52 local time.
All passengers have been evacuated safely from the plane and bomb officials are searching the plane.
