At least four of a group of 11 Lebanese pilgrims kidnapped by rebels in May were killed Wednesday in bombardment by government jets in the embattled Syrian city of Aleppo, said a rebel fighter, reported dpa.
Mohammed Nour, a rebel commander, told the Lebanese television station LBC1 that the seven others were injured in the bombardment in the district of Azaz within Aleppo.
"The wounded were transported to Turkey for treatment," he said.
