( dpa )- A reported shooting rampage on the campus of Northern Illinois Univeristy in DeKalb, Illinois, 100 kilometres west of Chicago, left at least three people dead and 15 wounded, local cable broadcaster CLTV reported.
The dead included the suspected gunman and two apparent victims, CLTV said.
DeKalb County Sheriff Roger Scott told the Chicago Tribune that his department received a report of shots fired at the university about 3 pm (2100 GMT).
