A bomb exploded in a music shop in a northwestern Pakistani city on Wednesday, wounding three people, one of them seriously, police and witnesses said, reported Reuters.

"The bomb was apparently planted inside the shop. The son of the owner is seriously wounded," said a police official at the site of the blast in Kohat city.

Kohat is a garrison town in the North West Frontier Province and has been hit by a series of bomb and suicide attacks carried out by Islamist militants in recent months.
