Four people were killed when a truck they were riding in overturned in the northern Philippines, a police report said Saturday, dpa reported.
Twenty-two other passengers were injured in the accident that occurred late Friday in the outskirts of Tabuk City in the northern province of Kalinga, the report said.
Police investigators said the truck was carrying at least 70 people who were on their way to visit a faith healer in Tabuk.
The truck was negotiating a sharp curve in the village of Bulalao when the driver lost control of the vehicle.
The injured passengers were being treated at a local hospital.
Police were still determining the cause of the accident.
