Ukrainian Foreign Minister met with Georgian Minister for European and Euro-Atlantic Integration

(ForUm) - Ukrainian Foreign Minister Borys Tarasyuk met with State Minister of Georgia for European and Euro-Atlantic Integration, Vice Minister Giorgi Baramidze on Wednesday, the Ukrainian Foreign Ministry press office reported.

The parties discussed prospects for further cooperation in energy and transportation spheres and GUAM transformation into a full-fledged international organization, reports Trend.

The two Ministers focused on realization of European and Euro-Atlantic courses of the two States. In this context, Tarasyuk and Baramidze pointed out the necessity to preserve positive dynamics of bipartite cooperation.

The meeting also dealt with trade-economic cooperation and the situation in the South - Ossetia and Abkhazia conflict zones.
